Let me help you work toward your personal fitness goals with consistent body maintenance and direct feedback on form. Tailored to your needs, each 50-minute session will go after what you want while helping you stay accountable outside our time as well.

Bring a friend! Have a goal you’re both working on? Maybe it’s just a fun chance to move while socializing? Whatever the case, both of you get a squat rack…and friends who squat together, stay together, right? Plus you can split the cost!

Grab some friends and get a good sweat going with a private session! Tell me what you want to work on and I will guide the 3 of you through it, each with your own squat rack. Workouts are always more fun together!

Organize a private workout session for you and some friends! This can be tailored to the kind of workout you’re looking for (strength, cardio, HIIT, etc.), with each person getting to use their own squat rack. A sweaty kind of party!


Each session type is a separate rate, and session packages of 5 are available as well! For 1-on-1 training, I offer monthly recurring Session Credit Plans of 4 and 8 as well at a slightly reduced rate. I also have an intro 3-pack offer for new clients!
